Kimuor keeps things simple, and that includes your privacy. We collect as little as possible, only use it to run the service, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what we hold and why, in plain language.
1. What we collect
- When you buy a license: your name, email and the social link you provide for whitelisting. This lets us deliver your files, send your certificate and clear any Content ID claim.
- When you join the newsletter: your email address, so we can let you know when new music drops.
- When you visit: anonymous, aggregated stats (pages viewed, country, device type). No cookies, no personal profiling.
We never see or store your card or banking details — payments are handled entirely by PayPal.
2. Who processes your data
To run the service we rely on a few trusted providers, each handling only what they need:
- PayPal — processes payments. Your payment details stay with them.
- Resend — sends your purchase confirmation and license email.
- MailerLite — manages the optional newsletter list.
- Cloudflare — securely stores and delivers the music files.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the anonymous visit stats.
3. How we use it
Your data is used only to deliver what you asked for: send your files and certificate, handle whitelisting, recover a past purchase, and — if you opted in — send the newsletter. We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
4. How long we keep it
We keep a record of your purchase (name, email, order ID and track) so you can re-download your files anytime through the recovery page. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
5. Your choices
You're in control of your data. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely — just email us. You can leave the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link.
6. Contact
For anything about your data, or to request access or deletion, email kimuorcontact@proton.me. We read every message.
Kimuor may update this policy as the service evolves. Any changes will appear here with a new "last updated" date.
