Kimuor exists to give creators great music without the usual headaches. These terms are written in plain language so you know exactly what you can do — no fine print designed to trip you up. In short: use the music, credit us when it's free, and we'll keep the catalog growing.
1. Free use & crediting
Every Kimuor track is free to use in your monetized content — YouTube videos, podcasts, films, anything you create. All we ask in return is a simple credit, so people can find the music and the project keeps growing.

Just add that to your video description, end credits or show notes. If you'd rather skip the credit entirely, any paid license removes it — and gives you the WAV file and a certificate on top.
2. License tiers
Pick the tier that matches how you'll use the track. The bigger the reach, the higher the tier — but even the free option is fully cleared for monetized content.
- Free — $0. Instant MP3 download for monetized content. Just credit Kimuor.
- Standard — $9. Personal and small projects. No credit required.
- Business — $37. Full commercial use, including client and brand projects. No credit required.
- Premium — $199. Unlimited use including broadcast, film and advertising. No credit required.
Every paid license comes as a high-quality WAV (plus MP3) with a downloadable certificate, and is yours for good — perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive. One license covers one track.
3. YouTube Content ID & whitelisting
Kimuor protects its catalog with Content ID. For free use, the system automatically checks your video description for the required credit — if the credit is present and correct, no claim is made, so no whitelisting is needed. If the credit is missing, a Content ID claim may be applied.
For paid licenses (which carry no credit requirement), we ask for your YouTube channel or video link at checkout so we can whitelist it. This prevents any Content ID claim on your content and is normally completed within 24 hours of purchase.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or share the music files as standalone audio.
- Claim authorship of the music or register it with any Content ID or rights system.
- Use the tracks in NFTs, AI training datasets, or in content that is unlawful, hateful or defamatory.
- Transfer your license to another party without written consent.
5. Ownership
The music stays ours — Kimuor keeps full ownership of every track and master. What you're buying is the right to use it, under whichever tier you chose. Think of it as a long-term loan of the sound, not a sale of the song itself.
6. Refunds
Since a license gives you the files instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. But we're reasonable people — if something breaks, a download fails or whitelisting doesn't go through, just email us and we'll sort it out.
